Purpose of the sewer system
The System of external drainage pipes and fittings made of PP polypropylene, in orange outside, and white in the middle, with structural walls is designed for the construction of a non-pressurized gravity sewer network ( Transport of sanitary, general and industrial wastewater). The pipes are produced in sections with working lengths of 3 or 6 meters. This System can be used as sewer wells and for laying wires and grombers under the drain. Polypropylene is particularly used for use in contaminated areas such as chemicals. Landfill and industrial waste, where the effluent from these wastes is very aggressive. The main advantage of the pass system is to use it for at least a period of 100 years. Another advantage is the use of a small amount of material for production, through which a small product weight is obtainedAnd despite all the high drainage rigidity. The high class of ring stiffness SN8 and SN10 allows the system to be used under heavy load conditions such as: domestic roads, highways and even airports. Both pipes and fittings can be combined with smooth pipes in any way, which is why they are used in individual applications. The pipes are produced by a coecking extrusion whereby two independent single-worm systems Plasticate polypropylene granules of two different colours but with similar properties, which is fed to the forming head Two pipes at the same time. The inner part of the tube is smooth, while the outer tube on the wall of the moulded sinuously (cored). The two layers of the pipe during production are combined with each other by means of pressure, creating a well-welded wall in the two-layer connection areas. Thanks to the construction of the exterior wall, they exhibit high stability when the local point loads occur, because the external wall takes over the load irregularities through its deformation. All types of PP and PE products are subjected to tests of mechanical strength, tightness and resistance to static and dynamic loads.
The network of sewage ducts with the use of penetrating Ground because of its lightness is considerably simplified. The pass-through System is 2-3 times lighter than plastic smooth-wall pipes.H solid, and 10-15 times lighter than stoneware or concrete pipes. The sewer System is resistant to the maximum temperature of wastewater up to + 60 degrees C at constant flow and + 95 degrees C; + 100 Degrees C for short-term flow.
PP Pass Pipes
PP (Polypropylene) pass-through pipes with a corrugated wall are produced in accordance with PN-EN 13476-3 with nominal peripheral stiffness SN 8 and SN 10. The pipes are manufactured in diameters ranging from fi 160mm to fi 1000mm in Orange at the outer (corrugated) wall and white in the middle of the tube. The exceptions are pipes from diameters fi 800mm to fi 1000mm, which have an external black color. The outer wall is a low-and wide-wave shape with narrow grooves, where a elastomer gasket is placed in the last groove to connect them. In addition, thanks to the exterior wall design, they exhibit high stability when local spot loads are present, because the external wall takes over its deformation of the load unevenness. Each tube, regardless of length, has a cup on one end and a second gasket. Strength calculations and technical considerations determine the applicability of different pipe types. The pass pipe System is also designed for the transport of industrial sewers, as shielding pipes for telecommunications and as drainage pipes for road drainage, and landfill. They are especially recommended for industrial sewers and in areas affected by mining damage due to their high impact resistance. It can be assumed that the noticeable fragility of the plastic occurs only at a temperature below-20 degrees C. At this temperature there are no contraindications in their transport or laying.
P-TubesPP (without Chalch)
Flow pipes made of PP (polypropylene) without a cup, with a corrugated wall are produced in accordance with PN-EN 13476-3 with a nominal drainage stiffness SN 8. The pipes are manufactured in diameters ranging from fi 160mm to fi 1000mm in Orange at the outer (corrugated) wall and white in the middle of the tube. The exceptions are pipes from diameters fi 800mm to fi 1000mm, which have an external black color. The pipes, thanks to the exterior wall design, show great stability in the presence of local point loads, because the outer wall takes over the deformation of the load unevenness. Strength calculations and technical considerations determine the applicability of different pipe types. Bosokoń's tubes (without chalices) as well as the tube tubes can also be combined, but using a two-socket coupling. The flow-free pipe System is also designed for the transport of industrial sewers, as shielding pipes for telecommunications and as drainage pipes for drainage of roads, landfills, landfill sites. Especiallyare recommended for industrial sewers and in areas affected by mining damage due to their high impact resistance. It can be assumed that the noticeable fragility of the plastic occurs only at a temperature below-20 degrees C. At this temperature there are no contraindications in their transport or laying.
Tube The EP Pass; PP XXL
XXL PP (Polypropylene) and PE (polyethylene) pass pipes with corrugated wall are produced in accordance with PN-EN 13476 + 3 + A1 with nominal peripheral stiffness SN 2, SN 4, SN 6, SN 8, SN 16. The pipes are manufactured in diameters ranging from fi 1200mm to fi 2400mm in black at the outer (corrugated) wall and white in the middle of the tube. The XXL System is mainly designed for the construction of sewage wells, reservoirs and pumping stations, but is also used for draining, draining and drainage systems. As with smaller diameters, the pass-through pipes are used for transporting industrial sewers as shielding pipes. In addition, pipelines in wastewater treatment plants, submarines (siphon systems, dump collectors), and trenchically refurbished methods. The main advantages of the system are their low weight compared to pipes with monolithic walls with similar static properties. The mounting method is as simple as that of smaller diameters due to the elastomeric gasket being assembled. Abrasion resistance is equalAn important distinguishing feature of PE pipes from other materials used in the construction of pipelines. Of the pipes of the XXL system with a variety of diameters are produced (under request) also fittings consisting of: arches, reducers, tees, whose angle of inclination is from 15 degrees C to 90 degrees C with the tips and length of the corresponding Segments. According to calculations and studies for changes occurring in natural conditions, it can already be predicted that the life of the sewage ducts of polyethylene and polypropylene laid in the ground should be at least 100 years.
PP Pass Fittings
< P>PP sewer fittings with corrugated wall (perforated) are manufactured in accordance with PN-EN 13476-3, in diameters ranging from fi 160mm to fi 1000mm, in Orange. The wide range of fittings offered allows to perform all kinds of connections occurring in sewage networks. The assortment includes: single-line knees, two-way knees, tees, tees with a departure to the smooth tube, sleeves, reducers, traditional fittings, for a cup, for smooth pipes, transitions sealed by concrete wells, stoppers, saddle connections, and seals. In terms of its performance and the possibilities of earthworks and assembly work related to the laying and joining by the use of suitable fittings in the ground, this constitutes an optimal drainage system allowing for StatementThat sanitary, industrial or universal sewer lines laid underground, under high load or in other areas, will be used for a period of at least 100 years and the investment costs will be optimal.Advantages of the manufactured system:
- Resistance to high temperatures-up to + 60 degrees C at constant flow and up to + 95 degrees C, + 100 degrees C with short-term flow
- High wear resistance – abrasion resistance < Land >Chemical resistance to many chemical substances, resistance to urban wastewater with a commercial and economic origin ranging from acidity (pH2) to bases (pH12), rainwater and groundwater contaminated with waste Organic
- Ysoka impact resistance-the fragility of the plastic occurs only at a temperature below-20 degrees C
- The material flexibility module – much higher than the PE, causes the pipes to have high peripheral stiffness, both short and long-lasting
- High Resistance to ageing in both natural and accelerated conditions – artificial
- Excellent hydraulics – the smooth inner surface limits the deposition of contaminants.
- Low weight in relation to stoneware, concrete and cast iron pipes, facilitating transport and accelerating installation
- Total corrosion resistance – the destructive effects of groundwater, and thereforeThe system does not require the use of protective coatings
- Guaranteed system durability over 100 years
Storage and Transportation
The pipes shall be transported in accordance with the applicable transport regulations. The pipe System in straight sections during transport should be arranged side-by-side on the entire surface, protected against sliding and damage. The free ends extending beyond the loading box shall not be longer than the limit values laid down in the regulations and shall be adequately protected and labelled. Particular attention shall be paid to the unloading of automotive supplies which should be duly carried out by appropriate equipment or by hand. During unloading as well as manual loading, appropriate OSH regulations should be maintained concerning the minimum weights of the transferred pipes by workers. Unloading the goods with a forklift can only be done with a trolley equipped with a smooth fork. It is permissible to store the pipes only on a substrate of equal, smooth and soft, preferably wooden, not causing damage. The period of storage of pipes depends on their production, but should not exceed a period of 12 months. The stored materials must also be protected against the effects of sunlight.
Assembly
- at lowered ambient temperaturesTake special care when assembling pipes and fittings. Minimum temperatureSi-20 degrees C.
- Do not damage or crack the mounted elements.
- Check that the seal is installed correctly and that there is no damage to it.
- The cleaned end of the tube with the gasket should be pressed in a smooth (inside) cup of another pipe or fittings. The dimensional System is designed so that joints with seals exhibit absolute tightness at a pressure of at least 0.5 bar or a vacuum pressure of 0.3 bar.
- Auditing(a) The wires placed under the ground are controlled by CCTV cameras or video cameras, which should be carried out in order to correct the wiring – whether there are even cable drops or no outflow arregs .
