Purpose of the internal sewer system
The basic elements of the internal sewer system are non-pressurized pipes and fittings, designed for the collection and discharge of social-housing wastewater, sanitary products arising in residential, industrial and agricultural buildings, Mounted inside the building. Pipes and fittings of internal sewer are produced from granules of polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride in grey or white colour. Due to the biological neutrality of the material from which the individual sewer components are made, theI, the above system is also designed for use in ventilation systems, in addition, the PP pipe system is recommended in addition to the use in the food industry. The use of the products described in this text, for transport with abnormal physico-chemical properties, should be consulted and approved by the manufacturer. < br/> Pipes and internal sewage fittings are produced by extrusion method, as single-socket straighten. The cups of pipes and fittings are equipped with rubber (elastomer) seals for quick and easy installation. The bare ends of the system are subjected to chamfering, which ensure easy installation in the sleeves. < br/> PVC and PP products are resistant to the high temperature of the wastewater carried out – they can remain under the long-term influence of temperature 90 degrees C and the short-term influence of temperature 100 degrees C. Pipes and fittings are also intended for use in areas where work are usually performed at a temperature not lower than-10 degrees C.
Pipe PP and PVC
Pipes made of polypropylene (PP) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) designed for the construction of sewage systems produced in the diameter range from fi 32mm to fi 110mm. The lengths of the pipes offered have been peeled to minimize installation costs And the amount of waste generated during the assembly.
KPP Shapes
The wide assortment of fittings allows you to make all kinds of jointsSewer systems. The diameter range of the fittings, as well as the pipes, occurs from fi 32mm to fi 110mm, in addition, a variety of angles allows to achieve the intended effect.
AdvantagesY of the system being produced:
- Resistance to wastewater with constant, high temperature up to 95 degrees C-periodically to 100 degrees C
- Chemical resistance to various types of aggressive compounds and substances contained in wastewater, both economic and industrial < Land >Smooth surface that obstructing deposits and congestion (no sedimentation or incrustation)
- Connection tightness ensured by pre-assembled double lip seals with clamping ring
- Low weight of the appropriate pipes and fittings, facilitating transport and accelerating installation < Li>High impact resistance
- System lifetime guarantee estimated for 50 years of operation
Storage and Transportation
Due to some types of pipes and fittings and their properties, transport and storage should be of care. It is not permissible to cast products on the substrate. Particular attention shall be paid to the unloading of automotive supplies which should be duly carried out by appropriate equipment or by hand. Due to the reduced toughness, transport and unloading carried out at low temperatures (below 0 degrees C), it increases the risk of damage. Storage pipesand supplied in packages protected by wooden strips and band strips. This packaging allows and facilitates transport, unloading and storage. When storing pipes in pallets, be sure to prepare a uniform substrate and stack the pallets so that they do not exceed a height of 3 meters. The stored materials must also be protected against the effects of sunlight.
Assembly
- Do not damage or crack the mounted elements.
- Check that the seal is installed correctly and that there is no damage to it.
- Cleaned, the bare end of the pipe should be lubricated with a lubricant.
- While retaining the straight axle, slide the bare end into the cup to the depth that allows insertion. Incorrect alignment of the gasket or not maintaining the axiality can prevent easy and correct installation.
- shorting pipes Be carried out with a small-tooth saw, leading it in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the tube. The next step is to clean the cut edge from the chips created by shorting and chamfering with a filing. Shorting the bare ends of the fittings is unacceptable.
- in order to simplifyThe use of a lubricant is recommended. However, the use of oily substances and fats which penetrate the structure of the material from which the gasket is made is not allowed to alter its propertiesYou.
