Application of the pressure system PVC

PVC Pipes and fittings System made of polyvinyl chloride, is designed m.in. PVC Pressure Pipes

PVC pressure pipes (polyvinyl chloride) with solid wall are manufactured in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1452-2, in pressure classes PN 6, PN 10, PN 12.5, in diameters from fi fi 90mm to fi 500mm in lengths of 3MB and 6MB. In the offer there are also pipes in the version with an elongated cup, which can be used in areas of mining damage. PVC pressure fittings are manufactured in accordance with PN-EN ISAbout 1452-2 in the range of diameters from fi fi 90mm in black. Storage and Transportation

Due to some types of pipes and fittings and their properties, transport and storage should be of care. It is not permissible to cast products on the substrate. Particular attention shall be paid to the unloading of automotive supplies which should be duly carried out by appropriate equipment or by hand. Due to the reduced toughness, transport and unloading carried out at low temperatures (below 0 degrees C), it increases the risk of damage. The pipes are stored and delivered in packages secured with wooden slats and band strips. This packaging allows and facilitates transport, unloading and storage. When storing pipes in pallets, be sure to prepare a uniform substrate and stack the pallets so that they do not exceed a height of 3 meters. Stored materials must also be protected against the effects of sunlight and atmospheric precipitation.

Assembly

In the event of such difficulties, it is advisable to disassemble the components and check the condition of the gasket, then reassemble it.
