Purpose of drainage system
System of pipes and drainage fittings producedPolypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE HD), when the light drain is yellow, and when heavy in black on the outer side and white in the middle. May two variants have a structural (perforated) wall, the drainage pipes in yellow have a waved wall, while the black pipes consist of double-layered structural walls with a smooth inner surface and a surface External profile. Depending on the required peripheral stiffness, the diameter ranges and the material from which the pipes are made, the individual drainage systems are applicable to the construction of drainage in the underground construction, garden, landscape in agricultural areas, And in sandy areas under various geological conditions for the drainage of rainwater, and suitable heavy drainage for drainage of roads, motorways, airports, tunnels, industrial areas, tracks, warehouses and landfill sites. Municipal and industrial waste. In addition, systems can be used for Percolas. Using the PVC drainage system, the most effective way is to protect the underground parts of the building by melting the water and groundwater. They provide comfort in areas without excess moisture and eliminate the negative impact on the durability of construction structures. The heavy drainage System is ideally suited for draining drained waste, as well as a control drain mounted in the PIAs layerTowards the Geomembran. This drainage allows the detection of geomembrana leaks and thus avoiding contamination of groundwater. The offered drainage system is also designed for drainage of meadows and farmland, the protection of buildings from moisture and the attack of groundwater in the vicinity of the foundation benches, and masonry.
PVC Drainage pipes (polyvinyl chloride), with a single-layer corrugated wall, are produced in accordance with PN-C-89221:1998/AZ1, in forms with holes, in the cover and without openings in diameters ranging from fi 50mm fi 200mm in yellow colour. Drainage pipes without coatings can be used to dry coarse and sandy areas using a filter layer. Drainage pipes in the wrapper (with polypropylene filter) can be used in any substrate, and in the drainage of underground parts of buildings and foundations, due to the filter braid thickness of about 3mm. The connection of drainage pipes is done by Use of typical drainage fittings.
PP Fittings
PP (Polypropylene) pressure fittings are manufactured according to the norm, ETC. AT/18-2014-0025-02, in the diameter range from fi 50mm to fi 200mm, in orange, green and black. The assortment includes: knees, tees, four-pins,, saddle tees, reducers, revisions, caps. All injection moulded fittings that have been developed so that their application does not entail a difficultAnd is made by a clamp that is matched to the wire tip used. The highest quality plastic design guarantees the operation of the installation for a long time.
Heavy Drain
Structural drainage pipes made of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE HD), are produced according to the Norm PN-EN 13476-3 + A1:2009, in the diameter range from fi 110mm to fi 1000mm in black on the outer side and white in the middle. Pipes from the drainage system are tubes with profiled walls. They have a double-walled design, in which the outer side is flated and the inner smooth. We distinguish four categories:
- TP (totally perforated) – fully sown in straight sections with musts with complete perforation made evenly throughout the perimeter. Have at least 4 rows of slots.
- LP (Locally perforated) – partly in straight sections with a muon with partial perforation. The holes are made at the apex of the pipe, symmetrically relative to the vertical axis of the pipe. Have at least 3 rows of slots.
- MP (MultipUrpose) – In straight sections with musters. Holes are made at its apex, symmetrically to the vertical axis of the pipe. Have at least 2 rows of slots. The lower part of the pipe can serve as a transport channel for water flow.
- OP (unperforated) – Without holes in straight sections with Mues.
The use of a heavy drain installation is best taken before theThe planned construction, due to the facilitated stacking of it in the open area. The double-walled pipe design gives them a high lightness and flexibility so that pipe installation is simple and fast. Drainage of this system can be combined with a wide range of pass fittings. The connecting pipes are also so easy to install and ensure operation for a long time without disassembly.
Pr FittingsPP Zepustowe
PP sewer fittings with corrugated wall (perforated) are manufactured in accordance with PN-EN 13476-3, in diameters ranging from fi 160mm to fi 1000mm, in Orange. The wide range of fittings offered allows to perform all kinds of connections occurring in sewage networks. The assortment includes: single-line knees, two-way knees, tees, tees with smooth pipe, sleeves, reducers, traditional fittings, for cups, smooth pipes, stoppers, saddle connections, and seals. In terms of its performance and the possibilities of earthworks and assembly work related to the laying and joining by the use of suitable fittings in the ground, this is an optimum drainage system allowing to conclude that Wires laid underground, under high-load roads or in other areas, will be used for a period of at least 100 years and the investment costs will be optimal.
< span style = "COLOR: #000000;" > < span style = "FONT-size: Medium;" >Advantages of the manufactured SYS-Themes:
- High resistance to mechanical damage at low temperatures up to-20 degrees C
- Easy access to drain pipe System
- Complete Equipment
- High economics
- Chemical resistance
- No need to disassemble the joints
- Corrosion resistance
- Non-emergency installation without the use of specialised equipment
- Large perforation Area
- High protection of polypropylene filter pipes
- High resistance to mechanical damage
Storage and Transportation
The storage should be duly carried out on a level ground. Tubes in coils can be stored in a horizontal position in a single layer. The drain pipes of the heavy duty system in 6-metre intervals are pre-packaged in bundles using wooden frames, which can be stacked up to 3m in height. The packages can be stored in a heap with a maximum of 7 layers and a height of not more than 1 m, the lower layer should rest on wooden sleepers, and from the sides be secured with wooden supports before moving. The spacing of the sleepers and supports should be 12m. There should be one type of pipe in one heap, and when it happens to be stored with different rigidities, pipes with higher stiffness should lie on the bottom. Particular attention should be paid to theCargo and vehicle loading, which should be duly carried out with appropriate equipment or manually. When developing pipes in coils, special care should be taken as the end of the pipe is unwinding with quite considerable energy. The relevant SAFETY regulations must be maintained during unloading and manual loading. For larger diameters and gravity, it is recommended to use a crane with suspended soft (nylon) ropes. The pipes can be stored in the open air for a period of 12 months. If a longer storage period is foreseen, the goods must be protected against the influence of Sunlight (UV) by placing them under the shelter. The free flow of air must be ensured.
Assembly
All Systems Drainage can be laid underground in accordance with the conditions laid down in the technical projects at depths of 0, 8m to 8m on the primer (or the underlay) and surrounded by properly concentrated land permitted for use in construction, in accordance with The principles of the construction of sewage ducts, particularly those relating to soil compactors in the wiring area and the selection of the soil susceptible to thickening, and, in the case of drainage pipes, soil with a grain size adjusted to Or the type of otulin used. Ring drainage piping routes depend on the building's contours. The installation must be carried out so that the pipe routes are as simple as possibleThe drain. Their stacking should begin at the location most distant from the intended drainage of water.
