Application of the pressure system (welded) PP-R
PP-R Pipes and fittings System made of polypropylene, is designed for the transmission of hot and cold water, to the valve connection (pions-floor installations), the transmission of ice water and heating systemsand technological developments. In addition, the PP-R installation system is characterized by high quality of the material and also has the possibility of applications in compressed air systems, installations in agriculture and horticulture (irrigation and ground heating systems), installations Air conditioning systems and in pool installations. The pipes are produced in 4-metre bars from the diameter fi 16mm to fi 110mm with nominal pressures PN 10, PN 16, PN 20, PN 25 depending on the type, in bright grey color. The offer includes stabilized tubes with fiberglass, and stabilized from aluminum, which are intended for the transmission of hot water, and solid pipes designed for the transmission of cold or compressed air water. A wide range of fittings allows to achieve the intended effects, also with the possibility of using another system eg. Brass, zinc, etc. The use of the PP-R system is ideal for those who are looking for reliable solutions that guarantee long-term uptime and long connection life. The raw materials used in the production also provide the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
Pressure PIPES PP-R
Pipe PressurePP-R (polypropylene), with solid wall are produced in accordance with EN ISO 15874, in pressure classes PN 10, PN 16, PN 20, in diameters ranging from fi 16mm to fi 110mm in bright grey. Homogeneous pipes PP-R PN 10 are suitable for cold water flow by temper20 degrees C and a pressure of 10 bar. Pipes of 16 bars are designed for cold water installations with a working temperature of up to 20 degrees C and a pressure of 10 bar and for hot water installations with a working temperature of up to 60 degrees C and a pressure of 6 bar. In the stiffness class SDR 6, pipes with a pressure of PN 20 are designed for cold and hot water installations with a working temperature of up to 60 degrees C and a pressure of 10 bar and for central heating installations with a working temperature of 80 degrees C and a pressure of 6 bar. All types of pipes offered with PP-R are very smooth compared to steel pipes, and their roughness coefficient is approx. 0, 007mm. Installation of pipes is done by means of a welder with suitable heating electrodes most often in hot and cold water systems and central heating. The products are manufactured from very high quality raw materials and due to good chemical resistance they are also used in air-conditioning systems, compressed air or chemical shipments. Thermal calculations and technical considerations determine the applicability of different pipe types.
STABI Pressure pipes withGlass Fibre PP-R
Pressure pipes of PP-R GF (polypropylene), with glass fibre in the wall are produced in accordance with EN ISO 15874, in pressure class, PN 20, in the diameter range from fi 20mm to fi 110mm in bright grey. Glass-fibre stabilized tubes are suitable for cold and hot water transmissionAnd for central low temperature heating with a working temperature of up to 80 degrees C and a pressure of 6 bar.
Pressure Pipes STABI Aluminium PP-R
The pressure pipes of PP-R AL (polypropylene), made of aluminium are manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 15874, in the pressure class PN 25, in diameters ranging from fi 20mm to fi 110mm in bright grey. Aluminium stabilized tubes are suitable for cold and hot water and central heating. Thanks to the aluminium insert, the PP-R AL tube is reinforced and reduces thermal elongability. Pipe installation is done by means of a welder with suitable heating electrodes most often in hot and cold water systems and central heating. The products are manufactured from very high quality raw materials and due to good chemical resistance are also used in water systemsHeating and cooling water in heat-pipe heating, and where low temperature expansion and high pipe stiffness are important.
< P>Pressure fittings PP-R
Pressure fittings made of PP-R (polypropylene) are manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 15874, in diameters ranging from fi 16mm to fi 110mm in bright grey. There are two types of fittings:
< UL>- Fully PP-R fittings with a solid wall consisting of: knees, knee-length knees, tees, reducers,, reducing, Mijanki, handles, caps, and the category of red and blue mounting plugs.
- KszTalt PP-R with suned brass inserts in the composition of which include: knee GW, knee GZ, knee GW Hanger, knee gz hanger, Mufu gz, GW, Tee Tees, GZ tees, GW Screwers, GZ screwers, Semiscrewrigs, fittings, wall sets and ball valves .
Installation Fittings are made by means of a welder with suitable heating electrodes most often in hot and cold water systems and central heating. The products are manufactured from very high quality raw materials and due to good chemical resistance they are also used in air-conditioning systems, compressed air or chemical shipments.

Storage and Transportation
Due to all types of pipes and fittings offered, storage should be carefully checked. The pipes must be stored in a horizontal position on a flat and differentThe ground to avoid bending. Storage on open squares on a level ground or more indicated in the hall is allowed. The stored materials must also be protected against the effects of sunlight (minimum distance from heat source-1, 0m) and atmospheric precipitation. Store in stacks whose height should not exceed 1, 2m. During the winter Autumn Period, it is necessary to store the materials in a heated room, because polypropylene becomes fragile. The Transport of pipes should be carried out in horizontal arrangement, as well as their storage. The fittings must be transported in multipacks that protect against mechanical damage. The loading and unloading operations must be carried out in accordance with the OSH regulations and protect the delivered goods from any damage. Materials shall not be cast or dragged on the ground, must be carried. The transport of pipes should be carried out by means of transport adapted to the length of the pipes.
Assembly
Sanitary installations of polypropylene MWe mount on the walls of the building, in wall furs, in plumbing ducts and in spaces above the floor or flooring. The types of joints used are welding – i.e. with sleeves and threaded fittings, i.e. by means of fittings with threads made in plastic and with embedded metal thread.
- for welding pipes and fittingsOnly original instruments intended for this purpose should be used. The cutting should be perpendicular to the axis of the tube by means of a shear or roller cutter. < Land >If the installation is made using aluminum pipes, it is recommended to tear off the foil (aluminium layer), with the help of a special Zdzieraka.
- Welding should be done by means of a welder and corresponding to the diameters of the heating electrodes. The connection time (welding) depends on the installation diameters. The larger the diameters, the greater the welding time, e.g. Fi 20mm We weld 5 sec. and fi 75mm we need 30 seconds. installation is done correctly.
- NasAfter heating the pipe and fittings at the right time, it is necessary to remove the welded parts from the welder and then connect as soon as possible (it is not advisable to rotate the pipe in the shape).
- fasted(e) The horizontal conductors shall be carried out by means of fixed and sliding supports. The spacing between them should be chosen so that cable compensation is ensured. The distance of the supports depends on the temperature of the refrigerant and the external diameter of the cable.
- rules MThe vertical wires are similar to the recommendations for horizontal wires. The compensating arm must be used for the individual floor installation. The position of fixed supports is required for the branch from the installation plume on each floor and at the point of origin. The compensation types include: brokenInstallation of the U-shape compensator, compensating loop.
- Polypropylene cables are characterized by better insulating properties compared to traditional installation materials (e.g. steel, copper). In spite of this, it should be insulated with the help of covers due to condensation of water vapour and an increase in the temperature of the transmission, and due to the lowering of the temperature. Care must be taken to ensure that the insulation does not limit cable compensation to the route breakdown.
