Application of the pressure system HDPE

Pipe System andHDPE vacuum fittings manufactured from HDPE polyethylene, is intended for m.in. For the construction of water networks, sewage networks and for transporting aggressive liquids. The pipes are produced in coils ranging from fi 25mm to fi 110mm and in 12-metre bars from fi 90mm to fi 800mm. Thanks to its high density polyethylene property, the HDPE system has high physico-chemical parameters that allow very Wide range of applications. This material is suitable for many piping applications. It is characterized by high resistance to shock loads, which can occur at the stage of laying of pipes and a large range of operating temperatures allowing to carry out work at any time of the year. The main categories of the system are single-layer and double-layered RC pipes, and two of these variants are intended to transmit water intended for human consumption, water before treatment, laying of pressure piping, gravity And for the execution of Cullets under roadways, laid underground in the road belt. HDPE pipes depending on the diameter and the intended use can be combined with the following methods: Butt welding, welding with electrofusion joints, connection by means of clamping fittings. The maximum working pressure of the polyethylene pipeline, corresponding to the nominal pressure (PN), depends on the tube material class (PE 80 or PE 100), the series of Dimensional Pipe (SDR) and the safety factor of the constThe pipeline (C), depending on the type of medium transported or the operating conditions (e.g. temperature, chemical environment). Pipeline construction can be carried out on the basis of projects defining the parameters of the pipes and fittings used and the material from which they are to be made. The most important advantage of the HDPE system is tightness, durability and reliability and ease of installation.

HDPE Pipes 80

HDPE (polyethylene) pressure pipes with solid wall are manufactured in accordance with PN-EN 13244-2, in pressure classes PN 10 and PN 12.5, in diameters ranging from fi 25mm to fi 800mm in blue (water) or black with blue stripes. Pipe diameters from fi 25mm to fi 40mm are produced in 150MB coils, from fi 50mm to fi 90mm in rolls of 100MB, except for the fi 110mm Tube, which counts in the 50MB coil. Further diameters (including fi 90mm and Fi 110mm) are 12-metre sections. For wholesale quantities, it is possible to manufacture pipes in any length. Strength calculations and technical considerations determine the applicability of different pipe types.

HDPE Pipe 100

HDPE (polyethylene) pressure pipes with solid wall are manufactured in accordance with PN-EN 12201-2, in pressure classes PN 6, PN 10, PN 16, in diameters ranging from fi 32mm to fi 800mm in blue (water) or black with blue stripes. Pipe diameters from fi 32mm to fi 40mm are produced in 150MB coils, from fi 50mm to fi 90mm in rolls of 100MB, exceptionThe fi 110mm pipe that counts in the 50MB coil. < H2>HDPE 100 RC Pipe

Pressure pipes HDPE RC double layer (polyethylene), with a solid wall are produced in accordance with the norm AT ITB-15-8216, in pressure classes PN 10, PN 16, in diameters ranging from fi 32mm to fi 500mm in the color of the outer layer blue with white stripes (water), or Black (sewage), which are connected to the inner layer also black, inseparated. Pipe diameters from fi 32mm to fi 40mm are produced in 150MB coils, from fi 50mm to fi 90mm in rolls of 100MB, except for the fi 110mm Tube, which counts in the 50MB coil. Further diameters (including fi 90mm and Fi 110mm) are 12-metre sections. The two-layer RC tubes are manufactured from materials with very high resistance to slow growth of cracks and point loads, thanks to which laying in the ground can take place without balks and splashes, and can be done with traditional methods and without Trenching. The outer layer of the pipes is the molecular combined with the inner layer, which are inseparable, which is why it is advisable to weld butt or electro-resistent do not remove the outer layer. For wholesale quantities, it is possible to manufacture pipes in any length. They couldDifferent types of pipes determine the strength calculations and technical considerations.

HDPE Fittings 100

HDPE pressure fittings are manufactured in accordance with PN-EN 12201-2, in diameters ranging from fi 90mm to fi 800mm, in black with blue stripes. The assortment includes: arches, parallel tees, reducers, flange reducers, flange bushings, centring reductions. The fittings can be combined with butt welding, welding by means of electro-fusion joints, or joints by means of clamping fittings (larger than normative diameters). All offer fittings are compatible with other HDPE system cables.

< span style = "COLOR: #000000; " >Advantages of the manufactured system:

  • Excellent durability and tightness of joints. < Li>No precipitating deposits, highest constant throughput.
  • Excellent plumber.
  • Abrasion resistance.
  • Excellent resistance to abrasion.
  • High resistance to slow growth of cracks and rapid propagation of cracks.
  • High degree of reliability.
  • pipes in coils from 50 MB to 200 MB and in 12 MB bars – Reduce the number of connections.
  • Resistance to point loads.
  • Guaranteed durability in both natural and artificial conditions-accelerated.
  • High resistance to elevated temperature of municipal wastewater.
  • High resistance to DZRainwater and groundwater polluted with organic waste.

Storage and Transportation

Polyethylene is a material with a relatively low mechanical strength on scratch, therefore, during transport and storage it is necessary to pay special attention not to damage the pipes. The storage should be duly carried out on a level ground. Tubes in coils can be stored upright in a single layer (a vertically standing circle cannot be further charged). 12 Meter tube sections are pre-packaged in bundles using wooden frames, which can be stacked up to 3m in height. The packages can be stored in a heap with a maximum of 7 layers and a height of not more than 1 m, the lower layer should rest on wooden sleepers, and from the sides be secured with wooden supports before moving. The spacing of the sleepers and supports should be 12m. There should be one type of pipe in one heap, and when it happens to be stored with different rigidities, pipes with higher stiffness should lie on the bottom. Particular attention shall be paid to the unloading and loading of the vehicle, which shall be duly carried out by means of appropriate equipment or, if possible, by hand. When developing pipes in coils, special care should be taken as the end of the pipe is unwinding with quite considerable energy. During unloading andThe appropriate occupational safety and health regulations should be retained for workers. For larger diameters and gravity, it is recommended to use a crane with suspended soft (nylon) ropes. The pipes can be stored in the open air for a period of 12 months. If a longer storage period is foreseen, the goods must be protected against the influence of Sunlight (UV) by placing them under the shelter. The free flow of air must be ensured.

Assembly

In the assembly stage of HDPE pipelines various techniques are used:

< EM > 1. Butt welding

The butt welding method consists of heating and proper plasticity of the ends of the joined elements by the contact of their leading surfaces with the hob, and then the interleaving of the joined elements together with the appropriate force, after Before removing the hob. The full load capacity is achieved only after complete cooling (not exceeding 20 degrees C). The butt welding technique is applied from the diameter of the fi 63mm, in addition, the pipes should be in straight sections so-called. Barbell.

2. Electro weldingResistance

Electrofusion welding is most often used to combine smaller diameters (but also up to a diameter of fi 225mm). The fittings are of the type of the musts, so the joining of the elements takes place between the inner surface of the cups (MUF),and the outer surface of the pipes or bare ends of the fittings. The connections made with this technique are stronger than the pipes themselves, through the efficient connection surfaces of the electrofusion fittings to the pipes. Long-time connection strength is determined by the strength of the pipe, also the passage of time does not change this connection property.

3. Connecting with PomoClamping Fittings

Clamping fittings are mainly used for the diameter fi 63mm (in the market are also available diameters fi 110mm), for polyethylene pipes for the transport of drinking water or the construction of pressurized or vacuum sewer systems. The sealing element and the clamping element on the pipe shall cooperate with the outer surface of the pipe.

Connection with fittings or pipelines made from materials other than HDPE may be used for flanged flanges, suitable mechanical fittings or temporary fittings. Fittings made of polyethylene can be doged with butt or electro-fusion technology to the end of the pipe or other fittings, but before catching the sleeve, the corresponding steel pressure flange should be attached to it, which should have appropriate anticorrosive protection.
